Abstract:

This paper discusses the problem of load unbalancing, the limitation of the Internet in dealing with the problem using the classic hop by hop routing  algorithm based on the IP destination, and puts forth a practical mechanism based on the load balancing policy of traffic engineering. Through adjusting  the paths crossing the crucial links, we can achieve the goal of load balancing.
