Abstract:

The management of the learning resources is a key problem in E-Learning. Because the learning resource are large in the amount and different in the fo rmat, it is difficult for users to consume the learning resources effectively. To solve the problem, the paper gives a distributed and standardized lear  ning resource service system based on Web Services, and introduces the implementation and application of the system. The system realizes a layered resource management model based on Web Services to promote the quality of the learning resource services.
