Abstract:

Disturbance, high complexity and derivatives are main features which are different from normal emergencies of unconventional emergencies. In response to these characteristics, studying the evolution model of unconventional emergencies to control the complexity and development trend of event handling process has become a hot research problem. In this paper, the authors propose the NFA (Nondeterministic Finite Automation) evolution model and the corresponding evolutionary algorithms of unconventional emergencies, the evolution rules in the form of description, and the event handling scheme selection and resource scheduling functions. Examples show that the NFA model can describe not only the evolution of events, but also the relationships between handling process, scheme selection and resource scheduling. Compared with other existing models, its computability is the most important feature.
