Abstract:
According to the influence of nonlinear, stochastic, timevarying interference and measurement noise on the dynamic performance of chain tension control system of the scraper conveyor, the paper proposed the PID controller based on Kalman filter to improve the dynamic performance of the tension control system. This method handles the observed values using linear recursive algorithm, generates optimal estimate of system signals timely, and eliminates the influence of various interference and measurement noise on the control system performance. Simulation results show that the PID controller based on kalman filter has high control precision, strong robustness, strong interference and noise suppression ability and other advantages compared with the traditional PID controller. The proposed control method can meet the dynamic performance requirements of the scraper conveyor tension control system.
