Abstract:
A SIQR epidemic model with quarantine in scalefree complex networks is investigated.by means of the mean-field theory,the spread of the disease is studied.Threshold R0 is obtained by calculation,and it is proved that the disappearance or eruption of the disease is determined by threshold R0. .Computer simulation indicates that reducing infection rate and improving the isolation rate of infected nodes can effectively control the spread of infectious diseases.
