Simulation analysis of hydraulic synchronous
lifting  system based on fuzzy PID control

Abstract:

Regarding the hydraulic lifting installation technology of the LNG tank dome mounting,it is
very necessary to ensure the displacement accuracy and load balance of the lifting points
and the stability of the system in the lifting process.Conventional PID control methods can
realize the synchronous control of the lifting system,but they cannot adjust control
parameters according to load changes in real time,which can cause instability during the
lifting process due to speed fluctuation.Since the fuzzy adaptive PID control mechanism can
change the control parameters in real time,we utilize the fuzzy control model of AMESim and
Simulink in Matlab to simulate the control system.Simulation results show that the fuzzy
adaptive PID control mechanism is effective in improving the stability of the lifting
process while achieving the synchronous control of displacement and load balance.
