Systemic view is a basic concept in the research of education technology. Improving students’ computer systemic ability based on the systemic view is an important target of computer majors. We discuss the importance of systemic ability training and practice teaching, introduce and analyze the current computer practice teaching situation in domestic and international universities, which sheds some light on computer practice education based on a systemic view.
