Abstract:

Graduation design is an important phase of undergraduate talents training in engineering colleges. However, given that undergraduates of network engineering department cannot meet the requirements of their future job positions in military colleges, we propose a twostage training mode for graduation design, and analyze its characteristics. The practice results on the mode for two years show that their comprehensive competencies for the future posts are significantly improved. The mode can be applied to graduation design the teaching for engineering majors in colleges and improve the teaching effectiveness.
