Abstract:
Focused on the huge difference in competency, knowledge needs and learning objectives of NCO groups, we propose an Amoeba teaching mode based on the Amoeba business model and the characteristics of noncommissioned officers serving education. In order to inspire students’ selflearning potential rather than the traditional full control mode of instructors’, we encourage active learning and independent practice, which can effectively stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning, and the practice effect is satisfactory. The proposal can provide a new way of thinking for further promoting military academy computer teaching reform and the teaching quality.
Key words: Amoeba practical teaching practice, independent study, NCOs in service, computer practice teaching
