Abstract:
In the era of MOOC, online courses covering a wide range of subjects are within easy touch, characterized by largescale, and they can meet the needs of different learner groups, which provides the large group of noncommissioned officers a good platform for acquiring knowledge and skills, as well as broadening their horizon. Independent learning is to a large extent an ideal way for MOOC education, but in the PLA’s MOOC development, many factors hinder MOOC learning for noncommissioned officers in service, which greatly restricts MOOC development and the learning effect. We analyze these factors and provide corresponding countermeasures.
