Application of an improved hierarchy
interval-valued hesitant fuzzy TODIM
method in cloud manufacturing resources

Abstract:

Aiming at the decision problem in hierarchical criteria structure, considering the decision makers’ uncertainty and hesitant preferences and the cognitive referencedependency and loss aversion behavior, we propose an intervalvalued hesitant fuzzy (IVHF) hierarchical TODIM method. Firstly, we construct an IVHF distance measure based on the verification of the traditional JACCARD distance measure. Then, combining the idea of the analytic hierarchy process method and TODIM method, we establish an IVHF decision method for solving the decision problem in hierarchical criteria structure. Finally, we apply the proposed method to the selection of cloud manufacturing resources, and comparative analysis demonstrates its effectiveness and feasibility.
