Starting from the significance and role of the information-based teaching platform in the computer education for cadets, the basic needs that the information-based teaching platform must meet in computer teaching are deeply considered from the perspective of teachers and students. Only by reaching these information platforms can teachers better improve their teaching results and give full play to the role of students in class, and can cadets better help them improve their computer skills and information literacy. Finally, we expect the effect of the information-based teaching platform that meets the needs.
