Abstract:

Considering the problems such as the deficiencies in knowledge representation ability and knowledge search range in small- and medium-sized knowledge   repository systems, the paper resolves them by two ways with the CommonKADS knowledge model. On the one hand, we use ontology to represent knowledge in  order to improve the ability of representation; on the other hand, we introduce bridge ontology to knowledge models to realize communications among the  different domains which act as the role of a bridge function. Thus, the system   computer operating system as an example to introduce the repository＇s realization and verify the effectiveness of the solution.
