Abstract:
Digital phosphor technology (DPX) is a recent crucial innovation of the realtime spectrum analysis technology. It highly enhances the capability of capturing and observing signals and it can be applied to radar reconnaissance appropriately. This article introduces the basic working theory of DPX at the beginning and then the design and implementation in a wideband radar reconnaissance system are given. In the following part, combining with radar reconnaissance signal processing, the article discusses the intuitionistic characteristics derived from the DPX spectrum by signal situation analysis, image segmentation and signal extracting, and statistical track detection. Finally, DPX is applied to the practical engineering. The actual results indicate that DPX can be effectively applied to radar reconnaissance.
