Abstract:
There are some special characteristics inside the flow industrial enterprises production process, such as highcapacity, complex process and so on. So scheduling plays an important part in the production process. This paper deals with the problem in the steel enterprise material flow problems as many scheduling parameters, various flow and different kinds of constraints. First we build a mathematical model, define the different parameters, basic model, optimal object and related constraints. Then the problem is solved using improved genetic algorithm. The model and solution are used for a practical example as the simulation experiment. The results shows the effectiveness of the method is then proved.
