Abstract:

To improve the VLSI design abilities of graduate students majoring in microelectronics, the course of VLSI design general practice is set up in National University of Defense Technology. The paper introduces the teaching contents, methods and the team of this course. This course consults the advantages of similar domestic and foreign courses. Several innovative explorations are introduced in teaching contents and methods. Good teaching effect is attained.
