Abstract:

In the light of problems in basic computer course teaching 0f noncomputer speciality, this paper analyzed the characteristics of teaching of basic computer course. It also carried on the thorough discussion on how to make up the system of noncomputer professional basic computer course in the institutions of higher learning by combining the reform practice on basic computer course construction in Military Economics Academy.
