Abstract:

As a new education model of largescale online open courses, MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) has caused a revolution in education around the world, which will have a profound impact on the teaching method of computer courses in China. This paper analyzes the emergence and development status of MOOC and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of MOOC. The impact of MOOC on the computer course teaching is studied, and the teaching modes of future computer courses are discussed with the consideration of current teaching situation of China.
