Abstract:

Along with the development of computer technology and its application technology, the programming of the basic courses of computer for noncomputer majors in colleges has been a subject worthy of research, especially in the military Academies. The paper put forward some proposals on the design of such courses in the military academies an offered some perceptions on the implementation of the courses.
