Abstract:

In the light of the problems of programming design courses teaching in military colleges of Arts,combined with the characteristics of military colleges and the teaching reform practice in Military Economics Academy,this paper carries on a thorough discussion on how to improve teaching quality from three aspects,which are teaching goals,teaching methods,and experimental management.
