Abstract:

Aiming at cultivating the information quality of the noncommission officer college students,we summarize the practical steps in the reform of Basic of Information Technology Application course.First,we briefly analyze the challenges in course construction,explain the basic principles and details of curriculum reform, summarize the initial benefits,and then present some issues needed to pay close attention to during the course of reform.
