Abstract:

The qualification and capabilities of junior commanding officers in training institutions directly influence their decisionmaking ability in information warfare under the condition of high technology. In this paper, we analyze the information literacy of the junior commanding officers in training institutions, and put forward a curriculum system, and some approaches to innovative education and evaluation system improvement.
