Abstract:

To meet the needs of military construction and enhance cadres’ competence to fulfill their duty, short term training of the military cadres in military academies plays an important role. Currently, the traditional teaching methods feature many defects, such as a wide range of teaching contents without focus, inadequate classroom discussion, ineffective course evaluation and lack of learning process evaluation. A network platform is therefore in need to reform the traditional teaching methodology and to deal with the above problems.
This network platform can help form a combined pattern, in which onpost teaching and online learning, classroom instruction and online discussion, offpost training in academies and onpost learning are integrated, aiming at promoting the innovative development of military cadres short term training.
