摘要:

北美大学的研究生助教培养机制比较成熟和健全,培养目的和考核指标明确,对我国的研究生助教有许多可以借鉴之处。考察和总结了美国和加拿大几所著名大学的研究生助教培养机制和成功经验,分析了国内助教培养现状和存在的问题,提出了完善研究生助教培养的措施和建议。

Abstract:

The teaching assistant system in North American universities is well developed. It has been proved very effective, which has clear development objectives and evaluation system mechanisms. It provides a pretty good guide for improving the graduate student teaching assistant system in China. The paper introduces the graduate student teaching assistant system in North American universities and their positive experiences, analyzes the current status and problems of the graduate student teaching assistant system in China, and gives some suggestions on training of graduate student teaching assistants.
