摘要:

文本型字符显示器在工业控制领域有着广泛的用途,但其监控对象的通信协议互不兼容。因此,开发能够兼容不同协议的文本型字符显示器有着非常重大的意义。本文突破常规方法,采用可重构通信的设计方案,实现了对多种PLC通信协议的兼容,并在自主开发的文本型字符显器产品中得到了很好的应用。

关键词: 可重构, 协议分层, 协议接口, HEX码

Abstract:

The characterdisplayer which can communicate with many kinds of PLCs is widely used in the industrial field. The PLCs provided by different manufacturers, differ in protocol formats, and are incompatible with each other. So it's meaningful to develop the characterdisplayer which is compatible with a variety of protocols. This paper adopts the idea of reconfiguration in the frame organization layer of the PLC communication protocol,and the scheme is widely used in characterdsplayer products.
