Abstract:

The paper proposes a customer-value-based customer classification method, applies the weighted fuzzy c average value algorithm to a customer classification, and uses a similarity-coefficient-based isolated-point-detection method to exclude the interference of the isolated points on the clustering resu lts, and thus increases the clustering quality.
