Abstract:
Aimed at the defects of the fuel measurement system of our country’s aircrafts in service, which are lower measurement accuracy, prominent maintenance problems and high failure rate, and the needs of the development of new aircraft, the embedded design idea is used to build a fuel computer based on the STM32 microprocessor. It can realize comprehensive management of the fuel system. First, the total design project of the fuel computer is put forward, which adopts key processing board plus peripheral circuitry. Second, we focus on illustrating the hardware design of a core processing board based on the STM32 microprocessor and the peripheral circuit including the signal conversion board based on CPLD and the control signal output board of electric relay. The application programs of automatic liquid level control, CPLD serial communication and 429 bus data receiving and sending are compiled. Finally, the fuel computer is tested and the results show that the fuel computer design is feasible. The achievement of the fuel computer has very important realistic significance to enhance fuel measurement accuracy and system maintenance and support.
