Abstract:

Thanks to  the rapid development of multimedia technology, various multimedia applications  emerge every day.In order to solve the“software crisis” issue in multimedia applications, we present a multimedia software engineering,in which the ideas and methods of software engineering are applied to the development process of multimedia application software.The proposal significantly reduces the cost of multimedia application software,improves its quality  and advances its development efficiency.
