Analysis of incentive mechanism on examination
and assessment criteria

Abstract:

Appropriate test standards should be able to play an incentive role for both students and teachers.This paper aims at the evaluation of the examination and assessment criteria, with the teacherstudent combination as the research object,using gray scale to indicate the degree of incentive motivation.We analyze the benefits of single combined examination standards,and make a qualitative analysis of the incentive gray;then based on the game process of the two combinations and combination groups benefit analysis,we analyze their action strategy,and obtain the quantitative description of the incentive degree of the examination and evaluation standards.
