Abstract:
Traditional teaching methods are not suitable for the students in military academies.Taking the course of Introduction to Database as an example,this paper first analyzes the problems during the course of teaching in military academies.Based on the role of the casebased teaching,we propose a new method for teaching design,which is,choosing typical cases,designing vivid courseware,exercising in practical environment,and assessmentdriven teaching.Furthermore,considering the characteristics of our students and the course,we probe into the teaching design and reform in the course of Introduction to Database and get remarkable results.
