摘要：

为提高微电子及相关专业研究生VLSI设计实践能力，国防科学技术大学开设了《VLSI设计综合实践》课程。介绍了该课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学团队的情况。该课程参考借鉴了国内外同类课程的先进理念，在教学内容和方法上进行了创新性的探索与尝试，取得了良好的教学效果。

关键词: VLSI设计, 综合实践, 集成电路

Abstract:

To improve the VLSI design abilities of graduate students majoring in microelectronics, the course of VLSI design general practice is set up in National University of Defense Technology. The paper introduces the teaching contents, methods and the team of this course. This course consults the advantages of similar domestic and foreign courses. Several innovative explorations are introduced in teaching contents and methods. Good teaching effect is attained.
