摘要：

随着计算机及其应用技术的不断发展，高校非计算机专业计算机基础课程的课程设置一直是一个让人思考的问题，军校尤其如此。本文针对军校非计算机专业计算机基础课程的课程设置提出了一些设计，对课程的实施提出了一些看法。

Abstract:

Along with the development of computer technology and its application technology, the programming of the basic courses of computer for noncomputer majors in colleges has been a subject worthy of research, especially in the military Academies. The paper put forward some proposals on the design of such courses in the military academies an offered some perceptions on the implementation of the courses.
