摘要:

针对我军院校在新的军事变革背景下,教学模式中存在的影响教学效果、不利于新型军事人才培养的问题,分析了目前教学方法依然存在教员“满堂灌”,忽视学员的主体性和积极性,学员处于被动式学习,达不到预想教学目的等现象,在现有教学方法的基础上提出了迭代式教学方法,有机融合了多种教学方法,以迭代的方式不断强化学员对教学内容的理解,注重学员自主学习、理论转化解决实际问题等能力的训练。

Abstract:

In view of the teaching modes of our military academies in the background of the new military changes,there are problems that are not in line with the new military personnel training requirements.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of the current teaching methods,that is,the instructors deliver long lectures and ignore the subjectivity and initiative of the students,thus we cannot achieve expected teaching objectives.The iterative teaching method is introduced on the basis of a variety of teaching methods,which continuously improves the students’understanding about courses,arouses their active learning consciousness and trains them to transform theory into practical problem-solving abilities.
